The second gite, of approximately 75 square metres floor area, is a two bedroom, single bathroom accommodation for up to four people in a double and a twin bedroom. The open plan fully equipped kitchen and sitting room area have been tiled with local Gironde tiles. French windows open onto its own terrace and lawned areas.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Le Pre has its external walls beautifully reappointed to expose the original stonework.

Upstairs both bedrooms, set on parquet wooden flooring, face west with views across the vineyard, meadow and distant woods, with no other property in sight!

BBQ's are provided to both gites for guest use, and there is a separate stable where table tennis, darts and other games are also available.
